Known today as talent acquisition, or recruiter a person in this role represents clients with open positions and actively seeks out talent to match that role.
An organization works with a recruiter to fill a open position. The recruiter receives compensation from the client (company) once the role has been filled for a contracted period of time. There is no cost to the candidate.
Working with a wide variety of industries, the positions I often focus on filling include accounting & finance, marketing, HR, administrative, project management, & operations.
While I do not offer resume creation, I enjoy working with clients to help them organize their work history and represent their career story as concisely and coherently as possible.

LinkedIn is your online business card! It’s important that you have an updated profile for many reasons. In addition to showcasing your employment history, you want your profile to appear in a Google search.
It’s always smart to have a cover letter on hand, knowing it will be customized for each application. Thank you notes are 100% a YES!

Absolutely! Many things factor into a salary, benefits, PTO, etc. I encourage all my clients to look at their overall needs and go after the things that add the most value that also make sense to the employer/organization.
