Preceding the inception of Robinovitz Consulting, I spearheaded the internal recruitment implementation, strategy, and execution for a prominent Atlanta CPA firm. My role encompassed recruiting a diverse spectrum of professional staff, ranging from novices to C-suite executives. I meticulously managed the entire interview lifecycle, offering guidance to staff on best practices, and even extended candidate placement services to clients.
